Este curso gratuito en l\u00ednea est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para proporcionar a los buceadores conocimientos b\u00e1sicos sobre c\u00f3mo el estr\u00e9s y el trauma pueden afectarles tanto a ellos mismos como a otras personas tras un incidente de buceo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La formaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar en buceo y primeros auxilios se centra en la gesti\u00f3n f\u00edsica de un incidente, como remolcar a un buceador agotado o administrarle ox\u00edgeno de emergencia. El programa de Surface Support se basa en estas habilidades esenciales y aborda el proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n mental que sigue a una emergencia real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abEl riesgo es una parte inherente al buceo\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Fran\u00e7ois Burman, vicepresidente de Servicios de Seguridad de DAN. \u00abAunque nos esforzamos por prevenir incidentes y nos formamos para gestionar las emergencias, los accidentes ocurren, y sus consecuencias psicol\u00f3gicas pueden perdurar mucho tiempo despu\u00e9s de que haya pasado el momento de crisis. Este curso ofrece estrategias de apoyo tras un incidente para cualquier persona que pueda estar pasando por dificultades tras lo ocurrido\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al incorporar los primeros auxilios psicol\u00f3gicos a su conjunto de herramientas, los buceadores pueden prepararse para afrontar el impacto emocional de una emergencia, ya sean buceadores lesionados, rescatadores o testigos.
