Les films font para\u00eetre simple la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d\u2019or et de pierres pr\u00e9cieuses. Peu d\u2019entre nous verront ce fantasme devenir r\u00e9alit\u00e9, mais le \u00ab tr\u00e9sor \u00bb prend bien d\u2019autres formes : ceintures de plomb perdues, moteurs hors-bord ou artefacts d\u2019\u00e9paves. Pour remonter ces trouvailles, un parachute de relevage peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer indispensable. Les plongeurs \u00e9quip\u00e9s de plus d\u2019une bouteille devraient \u00e9galement emporter un parachute ou une autre source de flottabilit\u00e9 redondante en cas de d\u00e9faillance du gilet ou de la wing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les plongeurs utilisent un parachute de relevage pour remonter des objets immerg\u00e9s \u00e0 la surface. On le gonfle jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019objet atteigne une flottabilit\u00e9 neutre, permettant ainsi de le ramener en surface avec un effort minimal. Cette r\u00e9duction d\u2019effort comporte toutefois des dangers et des risques pouvant entra\u00eener des blessures graves, voire la mort. Le plongeur doit parfaitement ma\u00eetriser sa flottabilit\u00e9 et comprendre les principes physiques en jeu, car il devra g\u00e9rer \u00e0 la fois sa propre flottabilit\u00e9 et celle de l\u2019objet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les parachutes existent en diff\u00e9rentes tailles et configurations, la taille indiquant la capacit\u00e9 de levage. Parmi les mod\u00e8les courants : \u00e0 fond ouvert (open-bottom), \u00e0 chicanes (baffle) et de type coussin (pillow).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les parachutes \u00e0 fond ouvert sont  les plus faciles \u00e0 gonfler, mais peuvent perdre leur flottabilit\u00e9 si la remont\u00e9e devient incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e et que le parachute perce la surface. Les parachutes \u00e0 chicanes sont similaires \u00e0 une bou\u00e9e de signalisation de surface, ils conservent leur flottabilit\u00e9 m\u00eame s\u2019ils se renversent en surface. Les parachutes de type coussin sont les plus grands mod\u00e8les et n\u00e9cessitent beaucoup plus de gaz. Ils sont souvent utilis\u00e9s en plong\u00e9e commerciale avec alimentation en gaz depuis la surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les parachutes devraient \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9s d\u2019une soupape de surpression pour \u00e9viter la sur-expansion et offrir un meilleur contr\u00f4le pendant la remont\u00e9e. Quel que soit le type, le plongeur doit \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 purger du gaz pendant l\u2019ascension afin de compenser l\u2019augmentation du volume due \u00e0 la baisse de pression ambiante. Utiliser plusieurs petits parachutes exige plus de coordination qu\u2019un seul grand mod\u00e8le, mais c\u2019est un choix plus s\u00fbr. Une fois la capacit\u00e9 adapt\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, les plongeurs doivent calculer la quantit\u00e9 de gaz n\u00e9cessaire pour effectuer la remont\u00e9e. Le volume d\u00e9plac\u00e9 et la profondeur font partie de l\u2019\u00e9quation permettant d\u2019\u00e9valuer les besoins en levage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les plongeurs devraient pr\u00e9voir une source de gaz redondante pour le parachute plut\u00f4t que d\u2019utiliser leur gaz respiratoire. Une alimentation s\u00e9par\u00e9e permet de conserver le gaz de plong\u00e9e pour la respiration et d\u2019\u00e9viter qu\u2019un d\u00e9tendeur principal ou secondaire ne s\u2019emm\u00eale pendant la man\u0153uvre. Les embouts sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et les syst\u00e8mes de gonflage \u00e0 remplissage lent sont pr\u00e9f\u00e9rables \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage, car ils offrent un d\u00e9bit plus contr\u00f4l\u00e9 que la purge d\u2019un d\u00e9tendeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le gonflage doit se faire en ajoutant de petites quantit\u00e9s de gaz et en v\u00e9rifiant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement si l\u2019objet approche de la flottabilit\u00e9 neutre. On peut affiner cet \u00e9quilibre en ajustant la position de l\u2019objet dans la colonne d\u2019eau. Surveillez toute tendance \u00e0 la remont\u00e9e non d\u00e9sir\u00e9e et replacez l\u2019objet \u00e0 une profondeur plus importante pour retrouver la flottabilit\u00e9 neutre. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En dernier recours, les plongeurs peuvent percer le parachute en cas de remont\u00e9e incontr\u00f4lable, mais cela risque d\u2019endommager d\u00e9finitivement le mat\u00e9riel et de mettre en danger les plongeurs ou l\u2019environnement en dessous.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Gr\u00e9er le levage est l\u2019\u00e9tape la plus complexe du processus de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Les bin\u00f4mes devraient emporter une ligne tress\u00e9e avec une boucle \u00e9piss\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9. Son diam\u00e8tre et sa r\u00e9sistance doivent \u00eatre suffisants pour supporter les contraintes du levage. Une ligne bien install\u00e9e ne devrait pas s\u2019effilocher, mais l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un c\u00e2ble plut\u00f4t que d\u2019une corde supprime totalement ce risque. Les lignes de gr\u00e9ement doivent \u00eatre fix\u00e9es sur autant de points d\u2019attache que possible afin de r\u00e9partir le poids de l\u2019objet et de r\u00e9duire la tension sur chaque point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des manilles, mousquetons ou bolt snaps peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour s\u00e9curiser la ligne sur l\u2019objet. Tout le mat\u00e9riel doit avoir une charge de travail nominale adapt\u00e9e, et le poids doit \u00eatre r\u00e9parti uniform\u00e9ment entre les points d\u2019attache. Passer la sangle du parachute plusieurs fois dans le mat\u00e9riel contribue \u00e0 mieux r\u00e9partir la charge.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les plongeurs peuvent aussi utiliser des n\u0153uds \u00e0 la place d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments m\u00e9talliques, \u00e0 condition de savoir les r\u00e9aliser correctement, m\u00eame sans visibilit\u00e9. Un coup de palme mal dirig\u00e9 ou un instant d\u2019inattention peut soulever les s\u00e9diments autour de l\u2019objet, r\u00e9duisant la visibilit\u00e9 et augmentant consid\u00e9rablement les dangers. Avec une visibilit\u00e9 diminu\u00e9e, le risque d\u2019enchev\u00eatrement pour les plongeurs s\u2019accro\u00eet et la fixation s\u00e9curis\u00e9e de l\u2019objet devient plus difficile.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nature du fond peut \u00e9galement compliquer le levage en raison de l\u2019effet de succion. Si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 perdu une chaussure dans la boue, vous savez \u00e0 quel point il peut \u00eatre difficile de la retirer. Dans de nombreux cas, le d\u00e9but du levage exigera plus de flottabilit\u00e9 pour vaincre la succion. Une fois lib\u00e9r\u00e9, l\u2019objet deviendra positif et pourra remonter de mani\u00e8re incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9tabli un plan de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 dans l\u2019eau, les plongeurs doivent maintenir un contact visuel entre eux et avec l\u2019objet en cours de levage. Il faut s\u2019assurer que la zone au-dessus du parachute reste d\u00e9gag\u00e9e pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019un plongeur ne soit accroch\u00e9 et propuls\u00e9 vers la surface en cas de remont\u00e9e incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e. Personne ne doit non plus se trouver directement sous l\u2019objet durant l\u2019ascension : si le gr\u00e9ement ou le parachute c\u00e8de, l\u2019objet pourrait blesser un plongeur ou le coincer au fond.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019environnement peut dicter l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un levage en flottabilit\u00e9 positive ou d\u2019une remont\u00e9e plus contr\u00f4l\u00e9e. Les plongeurs peuvent fixer une ligne depuis un spool ou un d\u00e9vidoir jusqu\u2019au parachute pour faciliter la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration en surface ou retrouver l\u2019objet en cas d\u2019\u00e9chec du levage. Toutefois, cette m\u00e9thode ajoute un facteur de complexit\u00e9 et de risque d\u2019enchev\u00eatrement : il est donc imp\u00e9ratif d\u2019enrouler la ligne sur le spool ou le d\u00e9vidoir pendant la remont\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les plongeurs devraient \u00e9viter d\u2019utiliser leur gilet ou leur wing comme parachute de relevage. M\u00eame si cela peut sembler la solution la plus simple pour remonter un objet, le risque est important : sans le lest additionnel de l\u2019objet, le plongeur devient rapidement positif en profondeur et se retrouve propuls\u00e9 vers la surface \u00e0 grande vitesse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d\u2019objets l\u00e9gers peut \u00eatre gratifiante si elle est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9caution.
