Plus l\u2019altitude est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le risque est grand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pression de vol de croisi\u00e8re dans les avions commerciaux est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement maintenue \u00e0 une valeur constante, quelle que soit l'altitude r\u00e9elle du vol. L'altitude \u00e9quivalente effective de la cabine est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement comprise entre 1828 et 2438 m\u00e8tres (6 000 et 8 000 pieds), bien qu'elle varie quelque peu en fonction du type d'avion. De 1992 \u00e0 1999, des volontaires secs et au repos ont test\u00e9 neuf profils de plong\u00e9e uniques et r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs, proches des limites de non-d\u00e9compression de la plong\u00e9e r\u00e9cr\u00e9ative. Les plongeurs ont ensuite effectu\u00e9 des vols simul\u00e9s de 4 heures \u00e0 2 438 m\u00e8tres (8 000 pieds).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des 802 essais, 40 incidents d\u2019AD se sont produits pendant ou apr\u00e8s les vols. Pour les plong\u00e9es simples sans escale \u00e0 18 m\u00e8tres (60 pieds) ou plus, il n'y a pas eu d'AD avec des intervalles de surface de 11 heures ou plus. Les repr\u00e9sentants de l'industrie de la plong\u00e9e r\u00e9cr\u00e9ative et les experts d'autres communaut\u00e9s de plongeurs avaient deux objectifs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyser les directives et les donn\u00e9es exp\u00e9rimentales d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es depuis le premier atelier sur le vol apr\u00e8s la plong\u00e9e en 1989.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parvenir \u00e0 un consensus afin d'\u00e9tablir de nouvelles directives pour le vol apr\u00e8s la plong\u00e9e de loisir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le consensus pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent consistait \u00e0 attendre 12 heures apr\u00e8s une plong\u00e9e unique sans palier, 24 heures apr\u00e8s plusieurs jours de plong\u00e9es r\u00e9p\u00e9titives et 48 heures apr\u00e8s des plong\u00e9es n\u00e9cessitant des paliers de d\u00e9compression. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 certains participants qui consid\u00e9raient ce consensus comme trop conservateur, DAN a propos\u00e9 un d\u00e9lai plus simple de 24 heures pour toutes les plong\u00e9es r\u00e9cr\u00e9atives. Les objections \u00e0 la proposition de DAN \u00e9taient que les risques d'accident de d\u00e9compression lors d'un vol apr\u00e8s une plong\u00e9e \u00e9taient trop faibles pour justifier une attente aussi longue.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-context=\"{ &quot;autoclose&quot;: false, &quot;accordionItems&quot;: [] }\" data-wp-interactive=\"core\/accordion\" role=\"group\" class=\"wp-block-accordion is-layout-flow wp-block-accordion-is-layout-flow\">\n<div data-wp-class--is-open=\"state.isOpen\" data-wp-context=\"{ &quot;id&quot;: &quot;accordion-item-3&quot;, &quot;openByDefault&quot;: false }\" data-wp-init=\"callbacks.initAccordionItems\" data-wp-on-window--hashchange=\"callbacks.hashChange\" class=\"wp-block-accordion-item is-layout-flow wp-block-accordion-item-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-accordion-heading\"><button aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"accordion-item-3-panel\" data-wp-bind--aria-expanded=\"state.isOpen\" data-wp-on--click=\"actions.toggle\" data-wp-on--keydown=\"actions.handleKeyDown\" id=\"accordion-item-3\" type=\"button\" class=\"wp-block-accordion-heading__toggle\"><span class=\"wp-block-accordion-heading__toggle-title\">La proc\u00e9dure de consensus<\/span><span class=\"wp-block-accordion-heading__toggle-icon\" aria-hidden=\"true\">+<\/span><\/button><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div inert aria-labelledby=\"accordion-item-3\" data-wp-bind--inert=\"!state.isOpen\" id=\"accordion-item-3-panel\" role=\"region\" class=\"wp-block-accordion-panel is-layout-flow wp-block-accordion-panel-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Les participants \u00e0 l'atelier se sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 parvenir \u00e0 un consensus sur les points suivants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si les directives concernant le vol apr\u00e8s la plong\u00e9e sont n\u00e9cessaires pour la plong\u00e9e r\u00e9cr\u00e9ative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si les directives actuelles sont ad\u00e9quates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ce que pourrait \u00eatre une directive de plus longue dur\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si des directives plus courtes sont appropri\u00e9es pour les plong\u00e9es de courte dur\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants ont estim\u00e9 que des directives \u00e9taient n\u00e9cessaires et que les donn\u00e9es disponibles montraient que les directives existantes \u00e9taient inad\u00e9quates. Apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9bat, les participants ont convenu qu'\u00e0 moins de pouvoir compter sur les ordinateurs de plong\u00e9e, les directives \u00e9crites pour la plong\u00e9e r\u00e9cr\u00e9ative devaient \u00eatre simples et sans ambigu\u00eft\u00e9, sans qu'il soit n\u00e9cessaire de se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer \u00e0 des tableaux comme l'exigent les proc\u00e9dures de la marine am\u00e9ricaine. Ils ont consid\u00e9r\u00e9 trois groupes de plongeurs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les personnes non certifi\u00e9es qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience d'initiation \u00e0 la plong\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les plongeurs certifi\u00e9s qui ont effectu\u00e9 un nombre illimit\u00e9 de plong\u00e9es sans d\u00e9compression \u00e0 l'air ou au Nitrox sur plusieurs jours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les plongeurs techniques qui ont effectu\u00e9 des plong\u00e9es avec d\u00e9compression ou utilis\u00e9 des m\u00e9langes respiratoires \u00e0 base d'h\u00e9lium.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-provisional-flying-after-diving-guidelines\"><strong>Lignes directrices provisoires de vol apr\u00e8s la plong\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les recommandations suivantes pour les plongeurs de loisir repr\u00e9sentent le consensus atteint par les participants \u00e0 l'atelier 2002 sur le vol apr\u00e8s la plong\u00e9e r\u00e9cr\u00e9ative. Les participants ont \u00e9labor\u00e9 les recommandations sur la base de travaux publi\u00e9s ant\u00e9rieurement et d'essais exp\u00e9rimentaux. Elles s'appliquent aux plong\u00e9es \u00e0 l'air suivies de vols en cabine \u00e0 des altitudes de 610 \u00e0 2 438 m\u00e8tres (2 000 \u00e0 8 000 pieds) pour les plongeurs qui ne pr\u00e9sentent pas de sympt\u00f4mes de la maladie de d\u00e9compression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les recommandations devraient r\u00e9duire le risque de la maladie de d\u00e9compression associ\u00e9 au vol apr\u00e8s la plong\u00e9e, mais ne garantissent pas son absence. Des intervalles de surface plus longs que les recommandation avant un vol r\u00e9duiront davantage le risque de la maladie de d\u00e9compression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dives-within-no-decompression-limits\"><strong>Plong\u00e9es dans les limites de non-d\u00e9compression<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour une seule plong\u00e9e sans d\u00e9compression, il est recommand\u00e9 de respecter un intervalle de surface avant le vol d'au moins 12 heures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour plusieurs plong\u00e9es par jour ou plusieurs jours de plong\u00e9es sans d\u00e9compression, il est recommand\u00e9 de respecter un intervalle de surface avant le vol d'au moins 18 heures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" sur lesquelles fonder une recommandation pour les plong\u00e9es avec d\u00e9compression. Un intervalle de surface nettement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 18 heures avant un vol semble prudent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-flying-with-dcs-symptoms\"><strong>Prendre un Avion avec des Sympt\u00f4mes de la Maladie de D\u00e9compression<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants \u00e0 l'atelier ont pass\u00e9 en revue les essais r\u00e9cents de l\u2019AFD sur le vol apr\u00e8s la plong\u00e9e et les donn\u00e9es disponibles sur le terrain concernant le vol apr\u00e8s la plong\u00e9e et le vol avec des sympt\u00f4mes de la maladie de d\u00e9compression, et ont identifi\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rences potentiellement importantes entre les \u00e9tudes sur le terrain et les \u00e9tudes en chambre. La plong\u00e9e sur le terrain impliquait l'immersion, l'exercice et plusieurs jours de plong\u00e9e, tandis que les essais en chambre se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s en une seule journ\u00e9e avec des plongeurs secs et repos\u00e9s. Il est possible que les essais en chambre n'aient pas permis de simuler correctement le vol apr\u00e8s la plong\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est plus courant pour les plongeurs de voler avec des sympt\u00f4mes de la maladie de d\u00e9compression que de d\u00e9velopper des sympt\u00f4mes pendant ou apr\u00e8s un vol. Prendre l'avion avec des sympt\u00f4mes peut constituer un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 plus important que les sympt\u00f4mes qui apparaissent pendant ou apr\u00e8s le vol.
