Si vous faites r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de l'exercice \u00e0 une intensit\u00e9 qui maintient votre fr\u00e9quence cardiaque au-dessus de 70 % de la fr\u00e9quence maximale pendant plus de 90 minutes par semaine, il y a fort \u00e0 parier que vous \u00eates suffisamment en forme pour plonger de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9cr\u00e9ative dans diverses conditions. Cependant, le simple fait de plonger ne sera probablement pas suffisant pour constituer un exercice r\u00e9gulier. En suppl\u00e9ment, les exercices effectu\u00e9s pendant ou \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 d'une plong\u00e9e ont des implications en termes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. En suivant les bonnes recommandations et les bons protocoles, vous pouvez garantir force et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour plonger tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La condition physique pour plonger<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Les plongeurs doivent disposer de r\u00e9serves suffisantes de force et de capacit\u00e9 a\u00e9robie pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences normales et raisonnablement exceptionnelles de la plong\u00e9e dans l'environnement qu'ils ont choisi.<sup>7<\/sup> La condition physique est maintenue lorsque l'intensit\u00e9 et la fr\u00e9quence de l'exercice sont suffisantes pour prot\u00e9ger la capacit\u00e9 de l'organisme, l'ensemble des capacit\u00e9s biochimiques et physiologiques qui d\u00e9terminent une limite de condition physique. La condition physique est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e lorsque la charge d'exercice d\u00e9passe la capacit\u00e9 actuelle du corps et qu'un effet d'entra\u00eenement est \u00e9tabli. La plupart des programmes d'entra\u00eenement reposent sur la surcharge progressive, c'est-\u00e0-dire l'augmentation graduelle de l'intensit\u00e9 de l'entra\u00eenement afin de poursuivre l'effort d'adaptation \u00e0 un rythme tol\u00e9rable. Le d\u00e9passement du seuil de maintien ou d'am\u00e9lioration de la condition physique, selon le cas, constitue un entra\u00eenement efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que la force physique d'un plongeur puisse \u00eatre mise \u00e0 l'\u00e9preuve en transportant des bouteilles et du mat\u00e9riel connexe, la dur\u00e9e de l'effort est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement trop courte pour constituer un entra\u00eenement efficace. Les exigences a\u00e9robiques de la plupart des plong\u00e9es bien planifi\u00e9es sont encore moins susceptibles d'atteindre l'intensit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour prot\u00e9ger une capacit\u00e9 a\u00e9robique m\u00eame mod\u00e9r\u00e9e. En fin de compte, le plongeur doit faire quelque chose en dehors de la plong\u00e9e normale pour maintenir ou am\u00e9liorer sa condition physique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">D'autres aspects de la condition physique sont directement li\u00e9s \u00e0 la physiologie de la plong\u00e9e. La r\u00e9duction du stress de d\u00e9compression au cours d'une plong\u00e9e est certainement une bonne chose. Il peut \u00eatre difficile de planifier des activit\u00e9s physiques en dehors de l'h\u00f4pital lorsqu'une personne plonge fr\u00e9quemment. S'il s'agit en partie d'un simple probl\u00e8me de gestion du temps, d'autres consid\u00e9rations entrent en ligne de compte. La pratique d'un exercice physique intense trop pr\u00e8s d'une activit\u00e9 de plong\u00e9e peut \u00eatre probl\u00e9matique pour des raisons plus fondamentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation de bulles, bien que not\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment comme n'\u00e9tant pas \u00e9quivalente ou une garantie de maladie de d\u00e9compression, peut indiquer un risque \u00e9lev\u00e9.  Une activit\u00e9 physique intense, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement accompagn\u00e9e de forces musculaires importantes et d'une charge articulaire, ou de l'application de forces sur les articulations, est suppos\u00e9e augmenter transitoirement l'activit\u00e9 des micronoyaux, l'agent pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 de la formation des bulles. Une activit\u00e9 physique intense trop proche de la plong\u00e9e peut donc \u00eatre probl\u00e9matique. L'activit\u00e9 physique apr\u00e8s la plong\u00e9e peut \u00e9galement stimuler la formation de bulles suppl\u00e9mentaires, probablement par la combinaison d'une activit\u00e9 accrue des microicronoyaux et d'une augmentation des forces articulaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que des travaux pr\u00e9liminaires ont montr\u00e9 qu'un exercice physique intense effectu\u00e9 24 heures avant une plong\u00e9e peut r\u00e9duire la pr\u00e9sence de bulles chez l'homme,<sup>3<\/sup> peut-\u00eatre en inhibant l'activit\u00e9 des micronoyaux. Cet effet protecteur potentiel n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 avec les exercices effectu\u00e9s plus proche d\u2019une plong\u00e9e. Bien que cet effet doit \u00eatre valid\u00e9, les r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9liminaires peuvent \u00e9tayer une r\u00e8gle simple \u00e0 suivre pour planifier un exercice. Pour r\u00e9duire le risque, il est conseill\u00e9 d'\u00e9viter tout exercice physique intense 24 heures avant et apr\u00e8s une plong\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le temps proche d\u2019une plong\u00e9e est id\u00e9ale pour les activit\u00e9s de faible intensit\u00e9. Les personnes qui participent \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s d\u2019entra\u00eenement crois\u00e9 peuvent trouver plus facile de s'adapter \u00e0 cet horaire. Pour ceux qui sont plus d\u00e9termin\u00e9s, la plong\u00e9e peut s'int\u00e9grer dans les jours de repos de l'entra\u00eenement pour ceux qui donnent la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'exercice, tandis que l'entra\u00eenement peut s'int\u00e9grer dans les jours de repos de la plong\u00e9e pour ceux qui donnent la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la plong\u00e9e. Dans l'ensemble, des intensit\u00e9s d'entra\u00eenement plus faibles seront probablement plus appropri\u00e9es pour ce dernier groupe, mais il est possible de trouver des compromis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Planifier l\u2019Exercice pendant une plong\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">L'activit\u00e9 physique pendant une plong\u00e9e a \u00e9galement un impact direct sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9compression.<sup>4,5,6,9<\/sup> L'exercice pendant la phase de compression et la phase de fond augmente l'absorption de gaz inerte, ce qui accro\u00eet effectivement l'obligation de d\u00e9compression ult\u00e9rieure de toute exposition. Il est important de se rappeler que les tables de plong\u00e9e et les ordinateurs \u00e9valuent l'absorption de gaz inertes, mais ne connaissent jamais la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Cependant, un exercice l\u00e9ger pendant la phase de d\u00e9compression (y compris les paliers de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou de d\u00e9compression) augmente l'\u00e9limination des gaz inertes et r\u00e9duit les risques. En ce qui concerne l'exercice pendant la d\u00e9compression, il faut savoir qu'il n'est pas toujours pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'en faire plus. Un exercice trop important ou trop intense pendant la phase de d\u00e9compression peut stimuler la formation de bulles, inhibant ainsi l'\u00e9limination des gaz inertes et augmentant le risque de d\u00e9compression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recommandations finales<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous ne disposons pas encore de suffisamment de donn\u00e9es pour quantifier la diff\u00e9rence entre un exercice b\u00e9n\u00e9fique et un exercice potentiellement nuisible. La meilleure protection consiste \u00e0 comprendre les diff\u00e9rentes questions et \u00e0 faire preuve de bon sens. Le plus important est que les profils de dur\u00e9e mod\u00e9r\u00e9e constituent votre meilleure d\u00e9fense. Les consid\u00e9rations relatives \u00e0 l'exercice ne constituent qu'une d\u00e9fense secondaire. En ce qui concerne la d\u00e9fense secondaire, les phases de compression et de fond sont mieux associ\u00e9es \u00e0 l'exercice le plus l\u00e9ger possible. Les phases de mont\u00e9e et de palier sont mieux associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des exercices l\u00e9gers et de faible intensit\u00e9. Les exercices agressifs et\/ou qui stimulent une charge articulaire importante sont presque toujours d\u00e9conseill\u00e9s \u00e0 tout moment, que ce soit avant ou pendant une plong\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La p\u00e9riode qui suit la plong\u00e9e est un bon moment pour se d\u00e9tendre. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9compression et la sant\u00e9 mentale peuvent \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9es par une p\u00e9riode de relaxation prolong\u00e9e entre la fin de la plong\u00e9e et le d\u00e9but du changement d'\u00e9quipement et\/ou de la pr\u00e9cipitation vers l'activit\u00e9 suivante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La condition physique, comprenant \u00e0 la fois force et une capacit\u00e9 a\u00e9robique, est importante pour les plongeurs, \u00e0 la fois pour leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 physique et pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9compression. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de programmer un entra\u00eenement r\u00e9gulier pour s\u00e9parer les exercices intenses et la plong\u00e9e. Un entra\u00eenement physique intense doit \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9 24 heures avant une activit\u00e9 de plong\u00e9e.
