With frequent dives and potentially short surface intervals, strenuous exercise isn\u2019t recommended.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This series of low-intensity exercises is designed specifically to stretch and strengthen in the limited space available on liveaboard dive trips. Maintain this contact throughout the exercise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slowly lower your right arm overhead and extend your left leg toward the floor, stopping before the lower back lifts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold the extended position for two to three seconds, and then return slowly and under control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternate sides for 10 to 15 repetitions per side, and rest briefly. Hold for two seconds, and then lower it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternate legs in a slow, deliberate rhythm for 10 to 15 total repetitions.
